When you arrive you will be greeted with Lynchburg Lemonade.

Named after Lynchburg Tennessee, home of the Jack Daniels Distillery, this famous cocktail is a blend of Jack Daniels Black, Triple Sec, Sweet and Sour Mix and Lemon Lime Soda.

First Course

 Braised Pork Belly

Chinese 5 Spice, Marinated Asian Slaw & Gentleman Jack Sweet Soy Glaze

Paired with Gentleman Jack

Gentleman Jack rare Tennessee Whiskey furthers the jack Daniel tradition by making special use of the unique charcoal-mellowing process. Unlike any other whiskey in the world, Gentleman Jack is charcoal-mellowed twice, once before it goes in the barrel and again after it has fully matured. The result is an exceptionally smooth whiskey with a rich, taste.

 

Second Course

Arcadia Mixed Greens

Figs, Dried Cherries, Crumbled Goat Cheese, Jack Daniels Glazed Walnuts and Balsamic Vinaigrette

Paired with Jack Daniel’s Black

Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey is made with the careful selection of the finest corn, rye and barley malt. These choice grains are mixed with the iron-free water that flows from the Cave Spring found on Distillery grounds. Our process includes the unique step of charcoal – mellowing, which give Jack Daniel’s its trademark smoothness and character and makes it a Tennessee Whiskey.

 

Third Course

Blackened Faroe Island Salmon

Parsnip Puree, Crispy Leeks and Jack Daniels Single Barrel Glaze

Paired with Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel

Jack Daniel’s Single Barrel – is finely crafted from a single barrel which has been individually hand selected by our master tasters for its unique taste and smooth and aromatic character. The barrels chose for Single Barrel come from the uppermost floors of the barrelhouses. The extremes in temperature these floor experience during the year result in barrels which yield whiskey of uncommon smoothness and aroma.

 

Fourth Course

Pork Chop Au Poivre

Sweet Potato Hash and Bourbon Whiskey Peppercorn Sauce

Paired with Woodford Reserve Double Oaked

Woodford Reserve Double OakedTwice-barreled bourbon. Mature Woodford Reserve is put into a second new barrel for additional maturation. Matured in 2 separate, charred oak barrels. First barrel: Lightly toasted, charred (Woodford Barrel). Second barrel: Deeply toasted, lightly charred (Double Oaked Barrel).
